POLICES & FAQs
Your custom order will be made with the utmost care and detail. Please read through the policies, terms, and conditions. Please understand that by paying your invoice you agree to these terms.
Policies:
Ordering:
It is recommended that orders are placed 4 or more weeks in advance. This is to ensure adequate planning time and ordering of any materials needed for your order. Ordering and planning ahead also ensures a greater chance of booking your desired date. Please note that any changes to an order must be made no later than one week prior to due date. No changes can be accommodated after this time frame.
Payment:
Orders totaling $250 or less are due in FULL at the time of order placement. For orders over $250, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required, with the remaining balance due ONE week prior to date requested. If balance is not paid (without communication) during this time, your order will be cancelled, and your deposit is forfeited. All rush orders require payments in FULL at the time of order placement, regardless of the total amount. A 3.3% service charge will be added to invoice for card payments. Invoices are due within 24 hours of being sent, after which they will be canceled. Once an invoice has canceled out, the date is available to the next request. Re-issuing an invoice will result in a re-issue fee of $10. Your order is not finalized until you have paid the invoice.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. You may transfer your payment or retainer to another date subject to availability and must be used within current calendar year. Orders cancelled less than 2 weeks have likely already been prepared for and additional monies may be required at transfer/re-booking. If I get sick or encounter an extenuating circumstance in which I need to cancel, I will cancel your order and offer a full refund, plus a discount on a future order.
Pick ups
Pick-ups (Whitehaven Area) for custom orders will be on the date you give at the time of ordering, unless otherwise is communicated. Orders can possibly be pushed back date wise, but not pushed up for an earlier pick up. Address and a pick up time will be communicated during the week your order is due. Please make arrangements for your order to be picked up at said time. After the pick up time frame has ended, orders will have to be picked up at RWCC’s convenience. RWCC is not responsible for any missed pickups, please be considerate with the time. If you miss your pick-up time, and I have to leave home before you make it, your order will be left on the porch for you to get at your convenience. If we need to make different accommodations, it must be communicated prior to the pick up date.
Refunds:
RWCC takes great pride in providing clean, neat, and quality products. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Once your order leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for breakage or damage in any aspect as we provide care information/instructions for all items. All sales are final for any custom orders. If anything is the fault of RWCC, rest assured we will make it right! If you are unsatisfied in anyway, please communicate with us first.
Inspirations
Inspiration pictures are welcomed for all creations; however, they are just that and only serve as a general direction for your order. RWCC will not guarantee that finished products will be exactly like any inspiration pictures. Color matching can not be guaranteed, but we’ll get as close as possible to desired colors.
By booking with Run Wild Creative Concepts, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions.

Ingredient and allergy stickers are placed outside of each order.
Cookie Care
A cookie care instruction card is placed on the top of each order’s box. Please follow those instruction carefully as RWCC is not liable for any damage and breakage once the order has been picked up. Due to the nature of royal icing, color bleed is possible. This is something that I don’t experience often, but that is also completely out of my control when it does happen. Royal icing with a soft bite can also crack, or be smushed when handled. Cookies should remain at room temperature, and never be put in the fridge. Freezing instructions are given on the care card should you need those. Also, feel free to reach out to me if you have additional questions about freezing. By paying your invoice, you acknowledge that royal icing can be affected by heat, cold, humidity, and extenuating circumstances in several ways.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
FAQS
How do I place an order?
First read and review the pricing link, then submit an order inquiry/request form if you are ready to book an order. Next, anticipate an email to confirm availability, details, and give thumbs up for invoice to be sent. Promptly respond to email—as dates fill quickly and are secured in the order in which payments are received. Your spot on my calendar is not secured until payment is received.
When can I submit my order inquiry/requests?
-My books open on the 15th of every month for the following two months (and the current month subject to any leftover availability).
Ex. On September 15th, bookings for October and November open and you may still book for any available dates in September (rush fee could apply).
Please check my calendar before submitting an inquiry. You are welcome to start submitting inquiries the week before books open. Starting on the 15th, inquiries will be answered in the order they are received.
For wedding bookings or large orders (needed more than 2-3 months away), please email me @ runwildco.create@gmail.com
Do you accept rush orders?
-Yes! While availability is unlikely, it doesn’t hurt to ask. Any order I take on that is needed within 14 days or less will be subject to a rush fee. If an order is needed within 7 days or less, a premium rush fee will be incurred.
How can I make a payment?
-Payment is primarily accepted through the invoice link that will be emailed to you. Your Square invoice can be paid with a debit/credit card or via Cash App. You may also pay via Zelle and I will indicate such on your invoice. Cash/Personal Checks are not accepted at this time. Invoices will be sent after inquiry has been submitted and details confirmed. By paying the invoice you agree to the policies, terms, and conditions of RWCC.
How long do I have to remit payment?
-Payment should be remitted within 24 hours of being sent. Please refrain from requesting an invoice until you’re ready. Invoices can be requested to send for a later day, for an example if we speak on a Tuesday, but you get paid Friday and want to pay then, you can request it be dated for Friday and you’d have 24 hours from then to remit payment-after which the invoice will be canceled. Once an invoice has canceled out, the date is available to the next request. Re-issuing an invoice will result in a re-issue fee of $10.
How big are your cookies?
-Standard cookies are 3-4” ; mini cookies are 2-2.25”
Do you offer vegan or gluten free cookies/treats?
-No, not at this time. So sorry!
How many flavors can I get per dozen?
-You may have one flavor per 2dzs. All orders are automatically baked using my signature vanilla sugar cookie recipe with vanilla royal icing. Other exciting flavors are forthcoming and will be available at a surcharge!
How many colors and designs can I get per dozen?
-That depends on your design tier selected. Your vision can likely be captured with the most popular design tier—Wildly Detailed.
Is there a order minimum for cookies and treats?
Yes, 1 dozen for standard sized designer cookies, 3 dozen for minis (1 dozen minimum as an add-on), 2 dozen for Plain Janes (1 dozen minimum as an add-on)
Most treats have a 2 dozen minimum. If there is a question, just ask!
Do you make fondant cookies?
-No. I take great pride in my royal icing artwork. If you send an inspiration picture that contains fondant covered sugar cookies, I will advise you and come up with a way to create a similar design with royal icing.
Do you deliver or ship?
-Delivery: Not typically, but it doesn’t hurt to ask. It could be possible depending on circumstances. If I agree to local delivery, a fee would be assessed according to distance.
-Shipping: Unfortunately I cannot ship my cookies. I operate under TN cottage law, which prohibits me from shipping out of state.
I also do not ship in state as it’s very tricky to manage the costs and timing to make sure the cookies arrive fresh, intact, and on time. Because my order capacity is so limited as is, I only take local orders for pickup in Memphis, TN. However, if you know someone in the Memphis area that can pick up your order and ship it to you, I would be happy to coordinate pick up with them and give advice on shipping safely. Please note, RWCC is not responsible if any damage should happen in the process.
Are you licensed?
-My cookies are hand-crafted in a private residence that is exempt from state licensing & inspection. I bake according to Tennessee Cottage Food Law and follow safe food handling and guidelines.
Do you offer cookie classes/parties?
I do! I offer private cookie classes which means you host and I come to you! It is $75/person and we decorate 4-6 cookies together for about 1.5-2 hours. There is a 6 person minimum for a class. Shoot me an email with the dates, number of people, and theme you’re interested in and we can get the ball rolling! The sooner the better as I’d have to plan custom orders around classes. This would be great for birthday parties, a girl’s night in, holiday celebration, or team bonding.
*Kid’s party pricing would be $45/child. 2-3 cookies depending on age group. 10 kid minimum.
I also personally host seasonal classes I’ve coined ‘The Sugar Social’ where we mix, mingle, eat, sip and have some low pressure fun decorating cookies together! These classes aren’t educational, but more so a guided experience..think “painting with a twist vibes—but sweeter”.
Do you offer one-on-on classes?
Yes I do! Teaching others this craft is one of my favorite things to do!
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
My cookies are baked fresh, from scratch. All custom designer cookies comes with complimentary individual wrapping and are heat sealed for freshness. Cookies are best consumed within 3 days of receiving them. Cookies can last up to a week on the counter and still remain soft. After that, the icing can sometimes get pretty hard. It is best to follow all guidelines on the cookie care card for maintaining freshness.
Can cookies be frozen and consumed later?
Yes! If you’d like to order early or save your cookies for longer than a week or two, freezing is a great option! Some say they taste even better after freezing and thawing. Please follow directions on care card to successfully freeze and thaw your cookies. This is the most important step, as opening the container too early may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies. They should be as soft and fresh as when you received them.
Why are custom cookies so expensive?
I totally understand that custom‑decorated cookies are a splurge and can’t always be budget accommodating—I like to think of them more so as a luxury item that every celebration deserves. Here’s a peek at what goes into their price tag and why they cost what they cost.
1. Time & artistry
Every set is just that—custom—and done by hand. From sketching designs, to mixing just‑right colors, to piping every detail… a single dozen can take anywhere from 3 to 13 hours of decorating—and that’s after the baking! To run a healthy, sustainable business, I have to value that craftsmanship (and make sure I’m paid fairly for all those late‑night piping sessions).
2. Quality over quantity
Higher pricing lets me accept fewer orders and give each one my full attention. I’d rather create a handful of show‑stopping, meaningful sets, than crank out batches on autopilot—your celebration deserves that level of care.
In short, you’re not just buying cookies; you’re investing in time, skill, and a whole lot of creative love. Cookies are a service, not just a product. Thanks for investing in my cookie art & valuing the craft behind every bite!
Do you offer large batch orders?
Yes! For large orders, corporate orders, or otherwise, you can opt for printed cookies using an FDA approved edible ink for $70/dz
